RETURNS| EXCHANGES| SHIPPING
Exchange Policy:
1. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order
2. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange for the same order
3. Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
4. Product Exchange:
- If exchanging for the same or a different color, a replacement will be provided at no cost.
- If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid, if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note
Return Policy:
- You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged provided with the opening video of the parcel from beginning till end.
- Slight colour changes are expected due to camera lense due to which exchange or return is not accepted.
- It will take 7-10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product.
THERE IS NO CANCELLATION, ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED.

Silkya ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.
Dispatch: Our orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.
Order Delivery: Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order.
