RETURNS| EXCHANGES| SHIPPING

Exchange Policy: 

1. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order 

2. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange for the same order

3. Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.

4. Product Exchange:

  • If exchanging for the same or a different color, a replacement will be provided at no cost.
  • If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid, if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note

Return Policy:

  • You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged provided with the opening video of the parcel from beginning till end.
  • Slight colour changes are expected due to camera lense due to which exchange or return is not accepted.
  • It will take 7-10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product. 

THERE IS NO CANCELLATION, ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED.

Shipping Policy:

Silkya ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time. 

Dispatch: Our orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

Order Delivery: Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order.
